It's funny you say that Sir because I checked the proposed change and it went down. Is it a selective increase?

The article was for the largest pay increase in 5 years at 1% and change. So my comment was just related to how the BAS was cut and BAH is now at 98%. With inflation we are effictively taking a pay cut. Luckily gas is cheap.

So who stopped the raises for the last five years? Also since budgets are the responsibility Congressional lapdogs, don't see the win for Obama.
