12 military awards now eligible for new 'C' and 'R' devices, and 2 no longer rate a 'V'

The awards game has become so convoluted, I doubt I'll ever wear a "rack" again. One either has to spend too much time "explaining" what everything means... or defending what one did against some younger vet/service member looking for a bone to pick.
