Thanks for letting us know @COL Mike Burroughs that collaboration and federal funds help cities meet goal to house veterans Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
I remember images of french collaborators being tormented as areas of France were liberated in WWII. It is good to see that collaboration has returned to a positive term. :-)
