The USCG has had to do that many, many times. It still does it today. Our rescue personnel know that that is just one potential outcome of an initial successful rescue. "We have to go out; we don't have to come back."

SHE WAS, THEN WENT YEOMEN AND CROSSDECKED TO DC. I WOULD HAVE LOVED THAT DUTY USWD TO COMMERCISL SALMON FISH OUT OF PACIFIC CITY IN EARLY 70'S AS A PULLER WE WENT OUT THROUGH THE SURF IN DORIES
