On October 7, 1916, Georgia Tech, coached by John Heisman, defeated Cumberland, 222-0 in the most lopsided score in the history of US college football. To be fair Cumberland had dropped football the year and Georgia Tech demanded they field a team or face a lawsuit. Cumberland suited up a bunch of fraternity men.
