This is not really a slam dunk case against Trump or Kushner. It appears even a democrat judge in the 8th circuit agreed. I'm sure the 5 plaintiffs who attempted to bilk Kushner's company may have had some issues. That said, we don't have the transcripts of the hearing. Meaning, everything is hearsay and attempting to malign the defendant(s) is actually libelous. The democrat controlled media lies and slanders, it's what they do. #WalkAway

“After carefully considering the parties’ written briefs and oral argument, the court (democrat 8th Circuit Judge Videtta A. Brown) correctly determined that there is no basis for a class action lawsuit against Kushner and Westminster Management,” said Michael Blumenfeld, an attorney for the companies. “In denying the plaintiffs’ motion for class certification, the court recognized that plaintiffs’s allegations are unique and individualized and not appropriate for class treatment.”

Cpl (Join to see) Here's the funny part of this whole thing - it's all hearsay like you said. The left continuously makes assumptions based off a headline or a quick story and immediately twist it to fit their narrative/agenda. Although you and I know this as the truth, they cannot accept the fact that what's coming out is a bunch of crap. It's like blaming an entire race of people (which they are) on gun violence instead of focusing on the individual who committed the crime.

Oh okay. Kushner is an upstanding citizen. None of his properties have violations. His companies are the most lenient when it comes to collecting money. They didn't push to have tenants who owed money arrested. Everyone's out to get Trump and his family. It's not them. It's us. Sound better?

You missed the point, a judge said they weren't his violations and we don't have the transcripts to say any differently. I didn't say he had issues, but of the issues that were there, could they have been avoided by the tenants? You can't tell me you've never been in someone's home where they are just plain nasty. If you have a nasty tenant, it's not the landlords fault if they attract critters.

I suppose everything is DT's fault. Even the actions of others.

I suppose the irony of his racist tirade, despite the fact that his son in law was a slum lord in the very city he's disparaging, is lost on you.

SSG (Join to see) yes it's lost because what he said was not racist unless you twist it with an assumption.

Capt Gregory Prickett one thing I have learned is the degree people aspire to have a closed mind and an assumption that filters rationality. I look at the substance of what he accomplishes rather than how it looks. I do that because at the end of the day what was accomplished trumps how people feel about it.
