FY 15 CPT Board - Active Competetive Category. What's the hold up?

Has anyone heard anything about this? Last year's board was released on the 24th. Every time I click reload on the HRC Milper Message page is like torture.

I've been asking about this as well, Guillermo. My sequence number should come up in October and I should be promoted Thursday if I am selected, but the list isn't out. The RUMINT has the MILPER coming out this week, announcing the preposition list, then the full list for next week. Then again...the RUMINT said August and then 15SEP and some of it says as far out as November and December. It's really stressful.
