Director, International Officer School Squadron Officer School Preparatory Course and Assistant Dean of Education
Responsible for integration, guidance, management, and supervision of curriculum requirements for international officer programs. Directs all aspects of three 7-week Squadron Officer School Preparatory Courses annually for up to 96 International Officers (IOs). Leads a staff of 13 military and civilian instructors responsible for integrating and preparing IOs for resident Professional Military Education. Teaches leadership, force employment, problem solving, military studies, and communication techniques for nearly 220 officers from 72 countries, attending Air University schools annually. In September 2015 assumed additional duties as Assistant Dean of Education.

Chief, Missile & Space Qualification Training
Chief of 5-person section responsible for training all Joint/Bi-National Military personnel for certification as Missile and Space Domain (MSD) watchstanders in the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) and U.S. Northern Command (USNORTHCOM) Current Operations Center (N2C2). Manages/executes Qualification Training for all NORAD-USNORTHCOM Missile and Space Domain crew members. Assists Command Center Director in fulfilling Commander NORAD's responsibility for worldwide missile and attack warning.

Provided National Command Authority, Commander North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD)-U.S. Northern Command (USNORTHCOM) and theater comanders real-time warning of missile attacks against North American forces. Representative to U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) for the NORAD-USNORTHCOM Current Operations Center (N2C2) Director and Commander NORAD-USNORTHCOM. Ensured on-orbit safety of the International Space Station, manned space flights, and high-interest Department of Defense space assets.

Deputy Chief, Office of Defense Cooperation & Exec Secretary of U.S.–Spanish Permanent Cmte
Deputy Chief for 16-person office, advised U.S. Ambassador on Status of Forces Agreement issues for over 1,400 military personnel. As Permanent Committee Executive Secretary, executed the only Agreement on Defense Cooperation with a NATO ally in the entire European area of operations. Responsible for the return of U.S. facilities, no longer needed, back to the Spanish government. Assisted office chief in overseeing over $10B of Foreign Military Sales to the Spanish military.
