I am a wife, mother of 3, and grandmother of 3. I am from Florida and joined the AF in June 1989. Spent my entire career at Wilford Hall Medical Center. I separated in 2001 and followed my spouse for the rest of his career(Grand Forks AFB, Ramstein AB, Robins AFB, Quantico MCB, Virginia). After our youngest graduated from high school we moved to NC and bought our dream home in the mountains.

Medical Service Technician
Provided patient care, assisted with ADL's, performed dressing changes, drew blood, started IV's, and administered medications. Assisted with medical procedures at the bedside. Trained students and incoming med techs. I worked in the following places: Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, ENT & Plastics, Medical ICU, Reid Training Clinic, TOPStar, and General and Vascular Surgery clinics.
