Chief Instructor
Supervision/quality control of 31 instructors and test administer for over 36 lesson plans for Fire Support Specialist Course. Responsible for implementing/revising policy, developing/implementing major portions of the program of instruction through professional/staff development process. Provide implementation guidance and advice for the educational instruction, lesson plans, and for problem solving issues. Integration and training of over 3,600 new personnel while at only 40% man power with 98% success. Accountability/maintenance of $33,000,000 worth of equipment with 100% accountability.

Operations NCO
Trained, advised/assisted the Iraqi Security Forces Department of Border Enforcement operations staff of over 1500 personnel, in order to improve all areas of security, staff synchronization and counterinsurgency along the Iraq-Iran border in Diyala Province. Advised commander on all aspects of team and Iraqi units operations and fire support planning, lethal and non-lethal effects. Developed operations procedures which resulted in zero casualties and 100% success rate on 158 mounted combat patrols as the Operations Manager. Instrumental in establishing Border Enforcement Academy.

Target Management NCOIC
Senior enlisted in charge of the Effects Synchronization Division Operations Branch, Operational Fires and Effects, US Army Central, the primary source of Field Artillery target planning, selection, and processing for the Target Management Branch with in the Division. Develops, coordinates/executes operational plans and orders for the Effects Synchronization Division in response to worldwide crisis and information gathering. Conducts effects based approach to mission analysis, throughout the United States Army Central area of responsibility, encompassing four regions and twenty seven countries
