Supervised an executive level security office for a major army command headquarters encompassing 77 major military activities located around the world. Maintained and advised executive level command regarding situational awareness of current security program developments and new security systems and devices. Conducted physical security and vulnerability inspections in different site specific locations. Personally briefed senior installation managers on recommendations derived on findings during inspections and assessments.

Platoon Sergeant
Trained and directed higher level supervision of a 43 person police force in law enforcement and contingency tactical operations; focusing in on rifle, pistol and shotgun basic and advanced marksmanship, use of force measures, community policing, interpersonal communication procedures, arrest procedures, dismounted and vehicular mounted navigation operations, physical fitness and 5 field training exercises. Executed 19 marksmanship and five familiarization ranges, for over 385 personnel resulting in 100% first time qualification for all personnel.

Managed and resourced manning, equipping of over 7000 policemen and police training of 600 Afghan National Police personnel. Made recommendations on police gear, equipment and weapons for Afghan Border Police personnel, resulting in more efficiently equipped units. Coordinated the movement of over 200 ANP personnel from 7 different locations to receive required 9 week police training at ANP training site in Spin Boldak. Independently researched, developed and conducted weapons, small unit leadership and navigation training to include basic, advanced rifle marksmanship and special weapon.

Managed and implemented rotating shift work schedules for 43-67 personnel covering law enforcement operations, training and equipment maintenance and repair duty.
