I would have to say that the biggest highlight of my career would have to be the time that I spent on Recruiting Duty. I am currently getting ready to PCS from Germany to Fort Gordon, GA. I am more interested in going back to Recruiting more than anything. I have seven years left until I can retire, and I feel that finishing my career as a Recruiter will give me a better opportunity to transition.
