Well im out now, spend 4 years active duty Marines and then 6 Years with the Army Guard out of which over half my time was on active duty status. They main reason I got out of the Guard was im sick of the good ol' boy system of less deserving people get promotions, im sure some can relate. Having higher rank and not knowing a damn is a waste of Rank and the Guard is notorious for that. SMILEY FACE
