Vicki Curtis is a Disabled Veterans Outreach Specialist (DVOP) for the PA Dept. of Labor, Employment Service at the Philadelphia VA Regional Office. She became a Local Veterans Employment Rep. (LVER) before settling into her current position as a DVOP and Intensive Services Coordinator.
