Bio
I strive to help others excel. I have been taught leadership by some of the best leaders in the world. I am well-rounded in my military training and educational experiences. I am a superior instructor who balances discipline with compassion and leads by example in all that I do. I am a visionary problem-solver, seeing possible problems before they become issues.
I am married to Miss Tracy since 2003. I have a daughter (Kari) and son (Tyler). I'm a NC licensed secondary social studies teacher qualified to teach US History, World History, Geography, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Political Science, and Civics&Economics. I'm a nationally certified Volleyball Coach (5 state champs teams) and Level 3 Track&Field Coach (3 state champs). I play music with my band, "Nunya Bizness". Check us out on Facebook.

Squad Leader
Responsible for all Quality Control of Army National Guard enlistment contracts as soldiers, who enlisted in the Guard, depart active duty to their new homes. Also conducting spot inspections of records and files in individual Reserve Component Career Counseling offices within XVIII Corps. Retired at the end of this tour.

RCCC (Reserve Component Career Counselor) responsible for contracting soldiers who are leaving active duty, but want to continue their military service in the state where they are going. Worked in 82d Abn Div, 18th Arty Bn, and 18th Aviation Bde. "2001 RCCC of the Year XVIII ABN Corps"

National Guard Canvassing Recruiter
After being out of the USMC for 18 days, I was hired back onto active duty. I had a successful tour as an Army National Guard as a canvassing recruiter in Catawaba County, NC area covering 10 high schools and 3 colleges.

USMC Weapons Controller Instructor
Primary: Weapons Controller (7236), and MOS instructor in the Tactical Air Operation Center (TAOM Xtrained). Unit Training Chief (S-3T), Unit Cold Weather Survival Instructor, Physical training rehabilitator, Unit Marksmanship Instructor and Coach, Unit NBC defense team leader, and Unit Substance Abuse Control Officer. I was caught up in President Clinton's Post-Desert-Storm "Reduction In Forces" at the end of this enlistment and involuntarily separated.
