I served for 14 years as an electro-optical technician, maintenance manager, operations director, and maintenance director in the Marines. During this time, I devoted my life to being a change agent, driving for safe and efficient operations in every action. I pride myself as a team-builder, leader, and mentor to my direct reports, peers, and superiors alike.
Since retiring from the Marine Corps, I have worked as a Category Manager, Strategic Sourcing for a major, Fortune 500 independent power company. Responsibilities include category analysis, RFx development, event bidding, bid evaluation, recommendation formulation, contract development, pricing negotiation, and contract compliance for goods, services, and capital projects in the power industry.

Additional responsibilities included logistics planning for large equipment movements, control of supply chain activities, updates to routine reports, and reporting of maintenance and supply metrics to support organizational operations.
