Sortie Generation and Communications Flight Superintendent (RQ-1/MQ-1 Predator UAV)
Led the sustained growth and maturity of the US Air Force's first Predator RQ-1 Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) squadron. Sustained multiple deployed operations in Bosnia, Kuwait, Pakistan, and Iraq, while sustaining the pilot training requirements at home station. Led solution to multiple issues ranging from technical data development, technician training, maintenance engineering solutions to resolve new problems, and the communication architecture requirements to support satellite feeds to support flight operations at home and in theater.

Maintenance Superintendent for the annual Maple Flag advance aerial combat training exercises, coordinating facilities and key logistical support. Monitored daily flight operations and maintenance support to ensure adherence to safety standards. Combined, the 11 nation exercise successfully flew over 3,700 sorties without incident.

MQ-1 UAV Maintenance Superintendent, sustaining 24/7 operations with multiple assets aloft, using the newly equipped Hellfire missile. Led a seamless move from Tallil to Balad AB, using 27 C-130 aircraft, moving all equipment in a planned flow that allowed combat operations to continue uninterrupted. Endured daily mortar attacks throughout the base

RQ-1 UAV Maintenance Superintendent, providing optimal airframe untilization under austere conditions, supporting continuous UAV fights over Afghanistan in the pursuit of Taliban forces. Supported Army ground forces by coordinating incoming air strikes with forward ground controllers using precision target identification and laser targeting.

Tuzla AB, Bonsia (Operation ALLIED FORCE)
RQ-1 UAV Maintenance Superintendent during the 3-month deployment, which occurred during the invasion of Kosava by Serbia. Sustained around-the-clock operations to provide theater commanders a real-time assessment of combat operation, improving the effectiveness of NATO's utilization of all air assets.
