Branch Chief
Chief of Science & Research within the Army Resiliency Directorate, Office of the Army Deputy Chief of Staff for Personnel (G-1). As the Chief Scientist, she managed personnel and the Directorate's research portfolio to ensure all programs, policies, messaging, training, and efforts were consistent with and based in evidence for the Army's Ready and Resilient Mission (topics included: resilience, suicide, substance abuse, performance & coaching, personal readiness). She managed contracts, was the program manager for Army-wide assessments and a DoD website, authored strategy and Army policy, and advised senior DoD and Congressional leaders.

Research Psychologist
Analytics section chief at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR) for The Center for Military Psychiatry and Neuroscience where she conducted, reported, and published numerous studies understanding the psychological experiences of Soldiers, leadership, and culture. As an SME, Kristin directly advised Army-wide policies and strategic decisions consistent with her research in combat and non-combat environments. Her research focused on leadership, organizational climate/culture, assessment, stress, resilience, and risk-taking behaviors.
