I've been in customer service all of my life in a variety of different fields. I'd even consider my mortgage underwriting as customer service for brokers and account managers. My last position was Customer Service Manager for a bedding company for the previous eight years before the company moved to Georgia and I elected to be laid off instead June of 2015.
