Facilities Manager/ Instructor
• Basic Horsemanship Course (BHC)
o Created a new military horsemanship training regiment for soldiers entering the US Army Caisson Platoon.
o Developed a new testing program to gauge the competencies of soldiers and leadership as they progressed through the course.
o Completely replenished the platoon’s manpower to include the platoon sergeant and platoon leader, with fully trained new recruits as a result of the new training program.
o Conducted monthly developmental counseling and administrative actions on all students in the program.
