I wound up being a Sad Sack Soldier due to a TBI early in my service. Trying to help younger Veterans with Similar issues now. Grateful to have Served and for all those who served or are serving now.
Varied career history, but mostly worked with food all my life. Started in a Family owned Catering business. After ETS went to Cooking School and have always wound up going back to food professionally
