Just after a year in service I was in an accident while TDY and broke my back in two places. When I got out I could not work in any of the fields I'd trained in so I applied for VA Compensation. 23 years later I finally got my 100% and in that time I found many others who took 10-40 years but only got back paid two to five years. I'm now trying to get this miscarriage in front of govt and news.
