I joined the military immediately following high school and became an Arabic Voice Interceptor/Linguist. After leaving the military, I went into healthcare, eventually becoming a nurse. I currently work in stroke research with novel studies for the prevention, treatment and recovery from stroke.
RN, ACLS, PALS, BLS, Critical Incident Stress Management certified (Basic and Peer-to-peer), formerly certified as a Basic EMT as well. Certified Cardiovascular Care Coordinator, Clinical Nurse Leader (currently expired).
