I have been a CPN (Central Processing Node) team leader. JNN (Joint Network Node) operator and a Help desk NCO at the BDE and company level. I currently serve as a Senior Software Analyst in the G6 Help desk at the 7th ID. My areas of expertise are Cisco systems troubleshooting and windows server management.
