Very well rounded individual, capable of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, carpentry, and a few other things. Strong point would be mechanical. Even went to School of Automotive Machinist to learn how to build high performance engines. Graduated top of class in Marine Corps mechanic school as well as in my H.S. automotive technical and industrial class. Just looking for my career job.

trouble shoot, repair, replace, maintain the vehicles. from a headlight to replacing a bent frame rail. Or diagnose a bad engine and replace it with a rebuilt one. Mostly is was replacing engines and transmissions. But then there was the ones with electrical issues that required new wiring harnesses, once it was properly diagnosed.

I was in the Initial Issue Point, same as my first deployment.I closed out 150 repair orders and successfully tracked 34.5M worth of vehicles in the 7 months i was there.

I was in the landing support port where all gear coming into country was brought first before it was issued to the units. Being a mechanic, I went threw every vehicle that came into country. Detailed inspections and replaced anything that was damaged from shipping.
