Reciprocating aircraft maintenance , after Viet Nam became jet fighter maintenance, cross trained into Law Enforcement until retired.
Served as President Lodge 103, New Jersey Fraternal Order of Police from 1985to 1987, this was the first military police unit admitted to the FOP, Fort Dix was the second. Lodge 103 was disbanded when McGuire AFB became a joint base.

Develop and maintain operating instructions, checklists, plans and other directives. Evaluates law enforcement functions to identify and solve problems. Advise Shift commanders, flight chiefs of training requirements, selective enforcement policies and other measures to enhance flight performance.
