Chief Instructor
Assigned originally as a course chief for Cavalry Scout (19D) section for 4 months, then assigned as the Chief Instructor encompassing the supervision off all 12 courses taught at three BNCOC. Duties included supervising the operation and instruction involved in the training of the young NCOs to become more proficient in their everyday duties.

Platoon Sergeant charged with training and development of Cavalry Troopers in their duties of protection off the West German/East German GDP. Developing subordinate Troopers in their everyday duties including, PT, Marksmanship, Tank Gunnery, SQT. Our platoon was awarded the 3AD Distinguished Platoon Award.
