Medical Evaluation Board and Physical Evaluation Board. I was found unfit to continue serving due to a non combat line of duty injury. Broke 7 bones in my back. Most of them were PARs joints. SI joint is loose and causes pelvis to shift up on the left side creating a 4in leg length discrepancy. When it shifts it either strains the muscles, tears muscles, or herniates the discs. Sciatica and slow reflexes in my legs are common, but I have a great doc at the VA and I am confident that I we are mailing great progress! Currently at 90% for back sciatica, and nerve damage that causes vomiting and other wierd stuff like the feeling of haveing a sunburn on my right hip and leg. Making goals and I am back down to 150 and my core muscles are improving! Unfortunately most of it is permanent.

No CW3, E8, or E5 so I had to fill all the roles including my 6 slot. In charge of planing training. Gathering data. Provide terrain analysis where it was needed. Spent a lot of time training soldiers on civilian GIS techniques. I would bring in Juniper systems and make the joes split into two teams. The first time around the soldiers would make a map for the other team to use. When they finished they switched devices and would be responsible for being able to navigate the woods using the device. Unfortunately I was hurt in late 2011 so I was not able to do a lot of what I wanted to do.

Warfighter in Ft Hood. I was pretty sore so I didn't accomplish as much as I would have liked. I still was able to cover day shifts and crank out products for the warfighter. I was at a disadvantage when we arrived though. Only 2 barley trained soldiers went with me for 24 hour ops. I did not have any data and nobody briefed or included the geospatial cell into the planning. They forgot to plan for a spot for us to set up our equipment so we had to take a hallway between the JOC and the ACE. Our equipment was outdated and did not work. Supply was horrible. I had to pay $250 out of my own pocket so that my team could operate. I had to plead beg and borrow data from NGA teams and the 101. AAR addressed those issues though and they now have brand new systems and are included in planning.

G2 OPs. I was a power point ninja. Occasional work out of the JRIC. Provided or worked on the Bub and/or Cubs. A lot of computer work essentially. There for a while the G6 thought I was one of his soldiers because I would help set up the networks and troubleshoot cpu issues.
