Bio
I retired from the US Army after serving 22 years. Most of my tours were in Germany. I am a permanently disabled Veteran. Currently, I live in Germany and love it here. I continue to write short stories and articles. Working towards publishing my first book soon. Wish me luck. Please keep our military members in your prayers. Peace.

EO Instructor/Master Facilitator
Trained senior NCOs and Officers in the Army's EO Program.
Promoted Ethnic Observances in conjunction with the Army's EO Program. Trained students in facilitation, interviewing, and briefing techniques. Instructed effective techniques for unit Ethnic Observances. Trained on how to effectively facilitate difficult audiences and manage briefing times and styles.

Equal Opportunity Advisor
Managed the V Corps EO Program. Conducted EO training, processed EO complaints and appeals at Corps level. Promoted Ethnic Observances in conjunction with the Army's EO Program. Conducted unit Staff Assistance Visits, advised commanders on EO issues/resolutions, deployed to Taszar Hungary as the EO Advisor for Operation JOINT ENDEAVOR with support to military, National Guard, and Reserve personnel deployed to Sarajevo, Bosnia.

Attended the Defense EO Management Institute to become an EO Advisor and implement the Army's EO Program with a follow-on assignment to G1, V Corps, Heidelberg, Germany. to conduct EO training, provide Staff Assistance Visits to commanders, and to ensure fair treatment of all assigned military personnel.

Operation Joint Endeavor
Deployed To Taszar & Kaposvar, Hungary, as the Equal Opportunity Advisor, V Corps, Heidelberg, Germany to advise and assist deployed military personnel. Also provided EO advice/assistance to Active Duty/Reserve/National Guard personnel deployed to Sarajevo, Bosnia. This was an extremely challenging and deeply rewarding part of my Army career.
