Seven years of commissioned service has taught me that experience is a valuable asset that must be passed on to the next generation of leaders. As a leader in the Army I make it a point to take note of the good and bad leadership examples I have experienced and ensure that I take those notes in order to improve not only myself but those that I mentor.
