I began cooking professionally at 13 years old & continued through college. I enlisted in the Air Force (2004-2008). I joined the Colorado Army Nat'l Guard (2008-2013). I returned to the food industry in my military & civilian careers, officially becoming a Chef in 2013. My Master Chef, brought me into his distillery & gave me a new career that I love almost as much as my military service.
