I spent the first 13 years of my career as an Armor Officer in Armor Battalions (RC and ARNG). I left service due to marital difficulties which resulted in divorce. After being Honorably Discharged, I decided to continue my pursuit of Military Retirement. I enlisted and served another 8 years, retiring as 1SG in an Armor Bn. My officer rank was restored to me by the Army when I reached age 60.
