Drawdown/R2TF. Worked with ARCENT. Instrumental participation in the standing up of the ARCENT cell in Baghdad, Iraq to locate, identify, and provide disposition instructions for TACOM managed equipment from Iraq. Provided disposition instruction with 72hrs constraint. Initiated a battle book for future TACOM employees to follow.
