Bio
As a SSG in todays Army my goal is to be technically and tactically proficient. I desire to be a role model for the Soldiers I lead and provide them civilian as well as military advice to the best of my abilities. That said starting my career off in Fort Hood, TX I felt I did not receive that leadership so that in turn fueled and motivated me to be an NCO and lead like I felt a leader should lead.
