Supervised training of over 1,800 Soldiers for 35F Field Training Exercise (FTX); achieved a graduation rate of 99%; highest of all course phases. Coordinated with the White Cell in implementing over 10,000 scenario-driven injects into the FTX battle simulation both digitally and over the radio; created a more realistic training environment for the Soldiers. Appointed as the 35F course first COMSEC Custodian supervised the installation of 12 SIGARS radio systems for use with field exercise; provided students with real-world radio training.
