Working on my 2nd career as Chief Operating Officer for Semper Valens Solutions, bringing with me 20 yrs of ops experience as a Meteorological and Oceanographic (METOC) Chief, as well as years of experience in the Federal government realm of contracting and ops. Understanding Federal contracting, and aligning myself with others who share a similar understanding has made Semper Valens a success.
My civilian career started with L-3 Communications on a technical team for Humit software and progressed to Deputy Program Manager, then on to an Information Technology Specialist for the Depart of the Army as the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and operations officer. Then I joined 2 other Veterans forming the Semper Valens Solutions Executive team.
