Away Team PIT Trainer Master Scheduler (8/2012-9/2012) Ambassador IND 2 and IND 4 Warehouse Associate My career at Amazon to date encompasses a wide variety of positions and experiences. Some of the highlights include: As a seasonal safety coordinator in 2012 I played a major role in building the existing safeSeasonal Safety Coordinator (Peak 2012 and 2013) ty committee from 10 members to 40 members. During that time our safety saves went from 145 to 200 in that month. We did this by increasing the frequency of the committee meetings and making them more dynamic and empowering. In August and September of 2012 I joined the away team to Richmond Virginia as the PIT Trainer Master Scheduler. While in Richmond I trained over 400 warehouse associates on the PIT equipment. I worked with them to get them certified and followed up to see how they were doing. I have served as an Ambassador since 2010. This particular position is very appealing to me since I enjoy meeting new associates and talking to them about the Amazon culture. I have a strong ability to work independently to plan and direct business affairs. I am proficient using Microsoft Office Suite and the Amazon proprietary software systems.
