Armand Cucciniello III

As a PROJECT MANAGER and SENIOR STRATEGIST I worked under the 3-star commander in the Office of the Defense Representative to Pakistan (ODRP) providing leadership, crisis management, and subject matter expertise in news media and communications for aDOD-funded training and public information program.

As a U.S. diplomat, Spokesperson, and the SENIOR PRESS OFFICER, I managed external communications and news media operations for the U.S. Embassy, developed and managed media positioning to ensure consistency of the mission's public position and message. Promoted from Press Officer to Senior Press Officer in Sept. 2009.

As a U.S. diplomat, Spokesperson, and PRESS OFFICER, I coordinated media and press operations at the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad, Iraq; and proactively pursued opportunities with global news media to promote organizational priorities and goals. Served as a Spokesperson.

As a MEDIA STRATEGIST, I assisted with management of media relations and media analysis programs for Multi-national Force-Iraq’s (MNF-I) Strategic Effects communications division in Baghdad, Iraq to determine effective approaches for achieving media coverage and create an understanding with the Western and Iraqi media of the U.S. role in Iraq.
