Studied weapons capabilities of opposing forces to plan and propose appropriate strategic response to leadership. • Asset & Personnel Management. Accountable for over $7M worth of sensitive equipment and the health, welfare, and training readiness of five highly specialized team members.

• Management & Budgeting. Managed over 100 weapons ranges at Fort Bragg which included budgeting and cost analysis resulting in 100% adherence to the established budget and cost savings of $25,000. • Project Management & Leadership. Planned, organized and led a multi-week field training exercise for 350+ soldiers prior to their deployment to Afghanistan. Ensured training regulations were enforced according to Army Doctrine resulting in 95% of soldiers validated and ready to deploy. • Logistics Planning.
