Twenty years of military experience in the United States Air Force serving with both civilian and military organizations as Security and Office Manager. Chief, Knowledge Operation Management
Lead of an executive support staff that provided the Director, Principle Director, Chief of Staff and senior leadership team with complete, accurate, and timely status reports on programs, projects, and other activities.
•Liaise frequently with Congressional Staff, White House Staff, Department of Defense Contractors, Veterans Service Organizations.
•Managed office workflow to expedite the processing of White House Presidential correspondence, Office of the Secretary of Defense taskers, Congressional inquiries and veterans,regarding the U.S. Government's POW/MIA accounting efforts.

•Manage all aspects of administrative support for 16 members of an Air Staff division. Coordinate and track personnel actions between the Pentagon Military Personnel Flight and the Directorate of Strategic Planning.
•Served as a consultant for overall data, information, and knowledge planning and integration.
•Provide correspondence staffing support to action officers for all required correspondence actions, including, formal letters, memorandum, read-ahead briefing and meeting packages, activity reports, senior leadership reports, and travel, training, and personnel documents.

Information Management NCOIC
•Manage administrative support for the Vehicle Management Flight as COMPUSEC monitor, Computer Equipment Custodian, Security Awareness Training and Education (SATE) program monitor and Computer Workgroup Manager.
•Selected by the base Information Management Career Field Manager to train and oversee the upgrade and certification training of junior Information Management/Computer Support personnel in the Logistics Readiness Squadron. All trainees met, exceeded and passed job qualification standards.

NCOIC, Small Computers
•Responsible for the day-to-day administration of the computer support office in support of 500+ network users in 5 geographically separated facilities.
•Provided security, maintenance, and management of over 350 line items of computer, network related hardware and software valued at over $1.2M.
•Trained support personnel on computer troubleshooting skills while revitalizing squadron in-house training. Constructed a hands-on computer training cell; provided instruction on computer repair, installation, troubleshooting, and upgrades. Set the standard to be benchmarked in other organizations
