Supervised team including civilian, military and foreign national personnel operating under extreme time, environmental and resource constraints which consistently met and exceeded the goals I set despite shifting demands, competing priorities and time-sensitive requirements. Acted to properly forecast, equitably distribute and aggressively manage resources worth 2.4 million dollars annually. Designed computer programs and resource allocation instruments adopted by higher headquarters. Expedited the outload of war stocks and subsequent resupply for real world operations.
