Bio
I retired in 2012 as an Army 05/LTC, and now work for VA as a strat planner in DC. I am divorced with a 12-yr-old son, and my Christian faith has become very important to me. Outside of work, I enjoy supporting three Christian ministries in Pakistan by garnering support and donations here in the US.

Plans Officer (S5)
Led cross-functional teams and wrote CBRN plans to support efforts in Japan, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the "lower 48" of the US. Travelled to Japan, Hawaii, and Guam to assist with their CBRN plans. In Japan, after the March 2011 tsunami, assisted the Japanese with evacuation plans near the radiation-wracked power plant. Led a team of experts there from multiple services and interagency entities. Developed a bilateral CBRN plan with the Japanese.

G3 Plans Officer
Collaborated with 48 staff officers across the Army and developed the Army's detailed, classified portion of the Chairman's Risk Assessment, submitted to Congress. Contributed to Army-level planning efforts such as the Quadrennial Defense Review, The Army Plan, etc.

Operation Tomodachi
Led team of 9 CBRN specialists and coordinated an interagency/interservice team to assist the Japanese with CBRN planning resulting from the radiation leaks at the Fukushima Dai'ichi Nuclear Power plant after the tsunami and earthquake.

Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF)
Cross-leveled to act as the G5 (Civil Military Operation Officer) for the HQ, 44th Medical Command out of Ft. Bragg, NC. In Baghdad, wrote the CMO campaign plan and supervised 14 Iraqi interpreters. Developed a plan for American nurses to help train Iraqi nurses in our Combat Support Hospital.
