Recruiting and Retention NCO
Lead, supervise and train a team of 12 recruiters and retainers assigned to four separate locations across the state. Responsible for all aspects of ensuring work force for both officer and enlisted are at proper levels for the Air Guard to perform mission requirements. Serve as the principle administrator in the state for all Air National Guard programs associated with the recruitment and retention of military members, which involves tracking trends and data analysis. Oversee development and implementation of all plans, policies and procedures, ensuring effective operation of state Recruiting and Retention programs. Manage state programs for compliance with standard operating procedures, and all other applicable Air Guard and Air Force instructions. Budget Manager for all recruiting and retention funds distributed to the state and advise senior commanders on all force management issues.
