Dave is an Army strategist and a PhD candidate at Kansas State University. Prior to returning to active duty in 2007, he served as a Staff Operations Officer (SOO) within the CIA’s Near East Division and as a contractor within the National Counterterrorism Center’s Directorate of Strategic Operational Planning.
