Developed plan for rear area security during peacetime, mobilization and war. Conceived and executed counter terrorism exercise for all Belgium installations. Recommendations for security were implemented throughout Europe. Planned and developed community counterterrorism measures during Desert Shield/Storm. Member US SACEUR pistol team rated 2nd of 18 nations.
