Enlisted in Feb 1971 and trained as a mechanic. Commissioned Infantry in June 1977. Held normal company grade positions. I am a qualified Armor and Watercraft Transportation Officer and held S3 and XO positions. Commander Engineer Battalion and Group. Retired as Dep Chief of Staff in a RRC.

• I led the Directorate that provided base operations support for 2M square feet of commercial and industrial office, maintenance aviation and marine structures. • I oversaw long and short range facility planning, construction, facility maintenance and environmental compliance for diverse government facilities in a domestic environment.

• I led an organization that provided operations, logistics, personnel and maintenance guidance to 20 direct reports and up to 2000 employees in eight separate organizations and operations in Iraq. • I was responsible for construction operations within a 300 square mile area and worth $800M. • My team completed all assigned projects ahead of schedule which allowed the organization to complete an additional 25% of projects on the master plan.
