Senior Instructor
As the unit’s senior instructor, administered Initial Qualification Training (IQT) to all prospective MILSTAR, DSCS III, & NATO/SKYNET Satellite System Operator’s (SSOs). In this dual role, provided 1500+ hours of classroom lecture and simulator instruction, resulting in the accreditation and certification of 53 SSOs. Additionally, as the lead course developer, managed five-person training development team on $4.6M CCS-C simulator upgrade and incorporation of $94M OSR upgrade into 3 SOPS IQT, ensuring all technical content, written tests, performance evaluations and simulations were updated in accordance with the AF Instructional System Development (ISD) process.

Satellite Controller
In the role of Satellite Systems Operator (SSO), conducted 2000+ satellite TT&C (telemetry, tracking, and command) contacts, while personally resolving 250+ anomalous conditions within the AFSCN. In doing so, provided direct support to 24x7 operations of DSCS, Ultra-High Frequency (UHF)/UHF Follow-On (UHF/UFO), and NATO/Skynet constellations and numerous DoD missions around the globe. Additionally, provided direct TT&C support for three launch and early orbit teams, all resulting in mission success.
As OSR Operations Transition Manager, led seven-person team with development and implementation of OSR Command & Control (C2) procedures, performed technical planning, system integration/testing and transition to operations for all 3 SOPS assets (i.e. 17 satellites and $1.2B in DOD assets).
