It was a great 26 years working with highly professional members of all services, wish I could have stayed longer, but the Air Force's HYT said otherwise. Starting a new chapter in life with the USFS and learning an new language, Academia Scientist Speak, I think learning Pashtun is easier than this.

Operations Superintendent
Conducts flight test studies and analysis on HC-130P/J aircraft and oversees process development, staff management, system(s) operation, integration, and required adjustments that assures the most reliable, efficient and fully functional unit. Acquisition, procurement and test of aircraft systems to be used operationally in combat search and rescue aircraft worldwide, ensuring telecommunications compatibility, interoperability, and integration.

Operations Superintendent
Executive level support for over 2,000 Group personnel & functional manager to 108 personnel spanning 19 different Air Force specialty jobs. Integrated all air and ground communication requirements for the world’s largest Personnel Recovery exercise, 57 aircraft, and 1300 personnel from multiple services, including 17 foreign countries, 6 inter-agency partners and branches of the DoD. Designed, secured funding and implemented the USAF’s first rapidly deployable Rescue Operations Center (ROC), successfully used in stateside and combat areas. ROC Superintendent for hurricanes Gustav & Ike; mobilized and began rescue operations along the Gulf coast within 18 hours of notification. Received Citation of Honor for outstanding contribution of an organization to the development of aerospace power.

Command Evaluator Airborne Mission Systems Specialist
Evaluated the standardization/evaluation programs for the Air Force's largest combatant command, Air Combat Command. Reviewed tactics, techniques, procedures, and policies; provided guidance, coordinated, reviewed and maintained Air Force Instructions, flight manuals, and supplements for all ACC aircraft; ACC inspection gatekeeper; coordinated and conducted Staff Assistance Visits, Aircrew Standardization and Evaluation Visits, and other formal inspections. Drafted $2 million standardization consolidation concept directed by the Secretary and Chief of Staff of the Air Force. Lead communications specialist for the recapitalization of the aging fleet of HC-130s in the writing of the communications requirements document for the acquisition of the HC-130J.

Group AMSS Evaluator / Flight Superintendent
Led 63 personnel completing over $40M in communications projects. Coordinated all communications spectrum management of 37 frequencies, four data links, three SATCOM channels, and all associated Operations and Communications Security programs. Managed $3.4 million dollars in acquisitions to stand up new search and rescue group. Authored transition training documents and syllabi for inclusion into AFSOC MC/HC-130P/N cross command training program. Initial Cadre for first deployment and bed down of the Air Force's newest CSAR HC-130P squadron to the OEF theater of operations.
