I am currently a Financial Manager with the Department of Defense in possession of a Top Secret Security Clearance. Have over 25 years of Federal experience in Financial Management, specializing in the Budget Analyst and a Financial Services arena. Attained years of supervision and leadership skills holding positions as Deputy Support Flight Chief, and other various management positions.
Financial Manager with the Department of Defense for the Management Services Center. He is responsible for the execution, forecasting, balancing, movement, and monitoring over a $30 million budget.

Financial Programs Manager
Supervision responsibilities included Deputy Support Flight Chief for seven personnel. Primary duties are as Budget Analyst for the 369TH RCS. Exclusively and competently managed over $1.8M for the largest geographically separated squadron in the Air Force directly assisted in meeting the recruiting mission. Leadership, professionalism, and dedication led to selection as Budget Analyst of the year, Non-Commissioned Officer of the quarter, and NCO of Year in 2003.

Supervision responsibilities included counseling and mentoring up to seven military members. Primary duties were the supervision and operation of the Customer Inquiry Section. Duties included the responsibility of maintaining of all financial records for over 5000 personnel at Beale AFB, CA; both base and tenant military members. In charge of accurately auditing all pay allowances, entitlements, direct deposits, allotments, debts, leaves, and status changes into the Military Pay Jumps Data. Primary briefer to inform all in/out processing retirees and PCS in/out.

Primary responsibility is the verification of fund availability after ascertaining correctness of fund citations on Temporary Duty and Permanent Change of Station orders. Accurately input at a 95% rate, approximately 1,500 transactions, into the Automated Travel Record Accounting system (ATRAS) per month to update records and the Merged Accountability and Fund Reporting (MAFR) accounting. Quick understanding of the ATRAS regulations led to the reduction of the outstanding travel orders and advance listing, greatly reducing it by 60%.

Quality Examination Technician
Primary responsibility is to review all Joint Uniform Military Pay System (JUMPS) transactions for accuracy and propriety. Monitored rejects and management notices received from the air Force Accounting and Finance Center (AFAFC) and ensured timely and proper corrective action taken. Payroll, Leave, and Earnings Statements for all military personnel processed in a timely manner.
