Senior Functional Analyst/Field Supply Maintenance Analysis Office (FSMAO) Coordinator
Validated Marine Corps compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) logistics regulations regarding material policy; legacy systems design and development; and, their requisite interfaces at the Joint, Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and internally Marine Corps-wide levels. Served on Joint logistics policy review committees and as a Supply Policy Advisor for the Inspector General of the Marine Corps. Participated in a Marine Corps wide force structure review, as the Occupational Field Specialist and Sponsor for entire ground supply community. Implemented policies regarding procurement, materiel management and logistics accounting functions of the ground forces of the Marine Corps. Provided senior supervisory personnel assignment direction and utilization of human resources for 6200 enlisted.

Planned, organized and implemented fiscal, supply and logistical support for recruiting facilities and personnel assigned to the Recruiting Station. Interacted with customers and vendors to ensure receipt of supplies, material, and services were provided in an organized and punctual fashion. Managed receipt processing and distribution of materials ordered on purchase orders and government credit cards. Conducted all facets of inventory control and management for the commands sixty-three recruiting facilities. This included backorder validation processes and financial reconciliation.
